1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Car Catcher ("the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions & Free Trial

Car Catcher is offered as an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks full access to the app.
New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid yearly plan.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Purchases Through Apple

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. We do not process or store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineering the app, or infringing the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store them to provide the app's identification, collection, and social features.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI car identification may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
